I yearn for to transfer that balance to a much better CC that I was approved for with a lower APR. How would I go about transferring the Washington Mutual card residue to the new credit card so that I could get rid of Washington Mutual?

I have a credit card with Washington Mutual and it has a 0% interest evaluate until the promo rate expires next April. Now that it has been bought out by JP Morgan Chase, can they swap my account to a higher interest rate?

I am traveling far soon to the UK. I have called Washington Mutual and told them the travel dates that I would be there. They told me the card should toil, but cant guarantee that it will not get block for possible fraud. Has anyone else used a Washington Mutual Visa Credit Card widely? Am I likely to have issues with declined transactions? Thanks ahead of time for any replies.
