We have a handicapped son and necessity to build a home for him. We don't want hand out's just some help with a low interest loan, or some sort of program that will supporter us build a home he can live in for the rest of his life. We are also interested in being foster parents, and a larger serene would allow us to do this. We have a lot of Love to give and just want a way to share it. Any ideas will be helpful.
