I havemade all the payments to the builder also. 6 months ago the builder told me that they have not received one installment from the bank which was due15 months earlier. The bank also confirmed this to be sure. I have been chasing the bank to release the payment to the builder which I have allready paid back to the bank. I am simply race from pillar to post to resolve this issue. What should I do next?
