What Kind Of Job Should I Apply For?

- I'm 22 years old (almost 23)
- I have been usual to a business college for an Associate's degree in Business Admin (entrepreneurship) and a subordinate in Accounting and I have about 2 quarters left in order to graduate.
- For the past 4 years I have worked full-conditions as a residential mortgage loan processor for both brokers and lenders.
- I prefer an office environment, limber hours, and would LOVE to work from home part-time. I'm pregnant with my 1st child and due within the month. I don't call for to commit to a full-time position because I want to be home with my baby and continue to have more children later on. My last pay was $37k with bonuses and full benefits. I'm very detail oriented, have great customer service skills, I mimic myself professionally and have pleasantly surprised all of my superiors and coworkers with my maturity and ability to steer myself. (a lot of people question my age)

What type of job should I apply for that will let me work from home part time?
**I also do not like to m for commission. I'd rather have a salary or hourly pay. And I'm HORRIBLE at sales! I'm more team-oriented...

Is It Possible To Find A $20K-$30K Loan 48 Month Term For A Pool Route Business?

I have trivial business experience and have been servicing residential pools, spas, fountains and equipment for over 1 year. I am very inclusive and have received only calls of thanks and appreciation to former owner of a pool service establishment, where I was 1099. What Can You Do When You Have No Money, Work (real Estate, Not Sales Side)?

Being comparatively self employed at the whim of clients and struggling to obtain a better permit to move foreward in career(commercial appraiser trainee). Feeding a family of 5, 2 dogs, 2 rabbits. Cut expenses to the bones and looking at being out on the terrace in 30 days.

As usual most will say go get a job. Here is your answer to that I have 2. Just no orders coming in on the residential and commercial side. One behest for residential = 1 weeks pay for minimum wage. 1 Commercial job = 1 month lowest. So a part time job would be replaced rather eaisly. Over qualified for most jobs and most wont hire you because of that actually even for part time work. And yes I have applied.

As far as public assistance Answer from the "You are not entitled because you are self employed". So I pay taxes for benefits I can't recieve. How do you like that? They take to give to people who dont stand in want to work and can't give to the people who do want to work and can work and do work.

I saw someone post equivalent question and everyone was GET A JOB!.

I hear what your saying cutting grass. (sell cornered in maryland by day labor and most people do it themselves.) Pick up dead animals (covered by county employees.)
I also have not been sitting around doing nothing. I have been applying but over well-informed most cases even part time just to get by. It's beyond frustrating.

As for the person who I came here to train under. He has been a stroke of good fortune. He however cannot control the orders coming in.

I may feel sorry for my self some but I know there are others worse off than I even though we will be out on the avenue within 30 days and no place to go and no assistance available because "your self employed".

Options are as good as exhausted and funding gone. Not even child care available.

I would cut betray in the neghiberhood, scrap paint in the inner city, clean gutters, suck out grease traps, pick up disused animals along the road................what ever it takes........if you have to work for 5 bucks and hour its 5 bucks in your appropriate........stop feeling sorry for yourself and get going......the rest of us are making it...........not what I need to do but feeds the kids...........
