How To Pay Loan Taken In Dubai From Philippines.Am No Longer Coming Back To Dubai Due To Family Problem.?

In olden days my loan payment is being taken from a bank where our company auto-debited my salary .But I went adroit in due to family problem.I got a loan from ABN-AMRO where I signed cheques issued by my bank as explained herein.Now since i am no longer in Dubai, I have a yen for to pay it at the same monthly amount I used to pay before.I am now employed in another country but will be going home every 3 months.Is it conceivable to re-construct it,mean I will pay it in ABN-AMRO philippine branch instead of sending rake-off rich to Dubai bank?I do not have the intention of running away from this debt.But the problem is I have signed cheques in dubai and clearly,It has bounce back already as narrated here.I am no longer in dubai.I think the best option is to report this content to ABN-AMRO philippine branch and inquire about this issue but then again , I am afraid of the bounce cheques which I into tantamount to ESTAFA,isn't it? please advise
